At Hadekel, we understand the importance of preserving the traditional flavors of our homeland. Our founder, Assaf Hadad, was born in Hadera, Israel, and grew up surrounded by a diverse range of cuisines thanks to his Moroccan grandmother and Persian mother. From a young age, he developed a passion for cooking and was exposed to a wide range of spices and flavors that distinguish Israeli cuisine from the rest.
After moving to Miami, Assaf realized how much he missed the authentic flavors of home. That's when he decided to open Hadekel, a kosher Israeli restaurant that brings a rainbow of flavors to Miami's culinary scene. Our menu features classic Israeli dishes like Sabich Pita, Salmon Shawarma, Mesabacha, and Israeli Breakfast, as well as our signature Bronzino with Freekeh.
But that's not all - we also offer an amazing coffee selection, and our desserts are to die for! From the Bosque Cheese Cake to the pistachio Lemon Pie and the irresistible crack Pie, we have something to satisfy every sweet tooth.
